I’m excited about the opportunity to learn and grow in the practice of meditation. And Lord knows I need the accountability in this area. Between the app and my friend that I’m doing it with, I hope to stay on track. Join us in this journey!
Why meditation? To train my brain to be here now.
Isn’t it new age-y? In my experience, any religion would benefit from practicing meditation.
How do you find time? Well, it’s only 5-10 minutes a day usually. Even so, it’s hard to carve out the time. You need to care enough to see the benefits from it and then you’ll make the time.
Can kids do it? Absolutely. I love doing a meditation app with my kids. It’s so good for them to learn these tools of mindfulness now at a young age!
