Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve loved banana splits. Probably the fun presentation even more than the taste. Who can resist the look of those beautiful creations?! This one is a grown-up version of the nostalgic DQ splits from my childhood.
1) Brûlée some bananas (you know, like blow torch ’em)
2) Put a scoop of ice cream in a fun dish
3) Drizzle with caramel
4) Dollop with Redi Whip
5) Slide your brûléed bananas in the side
6) Top with a cherry (preferably a Bada Bing one)
